Parmigiano Reggiano is a typical hard cheese that uses the DOP brand.

It is obtained from the processing of partially skimmed raw cow’s milk, is rich in proteins, calcium, mineral salts and is considered one of the most digestible and nutritious cheeses.

Parmigiano Reggiano, in the kitchen, is extremely versatile: it can be used to enrich dishes, eaten alone as an appetizer / snack or can be accompanied by typical cold cuts, jams, sauces and many other delicacies typical of the Emilian cuisine.
